Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flikk platform operated by Creology. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

"Service" refers to the Flikk platform, including the web application, API, and engine runtime. "User" means any individual who creates an account. "Organization" means a workspace created by a User to manage flows and integrations.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, to abuse API rate limits, or to interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of your flow definitions, configurations, and data. We retain ownership of the platform, its code, design, and documentation. Custom nodes you publish to the marketplace are licensed under the terms you specify.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
