Delete your data

You can delete your Flikk data yourself at any time, in any of these ways:

• Disconnect an integration on your organization's Integrations page, which deletes its stored token
• Delete your organization in its settings, which deletes all of its flows, runs, form submissions, tokens and paused flows, and which only owners can do
• Delete your account in your account settings, which also deletes any organization where you are the only member
• Remove Flikk from your Meta Business or Instagram settings, which tells us to delete the tokens connected to your Meta account

Deleted data leaves our systems right away and is gone from our backups within 30 days.

If a business that uses Flikk contacted you, for example on WhatsApp or Instagram, and you want your data deleted, email privacy@flikk.dev with the phone number or username they contacted you on, and we will delete it within 30 days.
